Affirmations for Mental Wellness

If you've noticed by looking at the courses I offer, affirmation and gratitude is a huge component of what I believe changes the mind, body and accesses spirit. I'd even go as far as labeling it, if you need a label, as a holistic alternative treatment to cognitive reframing, an element in CBT. Affirmations work.
